High Tea Menu

Please select up to a total of 10 menu selections for your High Tea function.

We recommend 3 sandwich options, 1 pinwheel/wrap option,  1 petite savoury tart, 1 petite savoury option,  2 petite sweet , 1 sweet verrine (dessert pot) and 1 scone option however you may customise this if you wish.

Chicken, cream cheese, pesto & sharp parmesan

Petite Savoury Tarts (choose 1)
Tartlets (V)- Baby tomato, goat’s cheese, caramelised onion in a shortcrust shell
Roasted pumpkin tarts (V)- Roasted pumpkin, fetta & pine nuts in a short crust pastry shell
Spinach and ricotta tarts (V)- English spinach, Greek ricotta and mozzarella in a short crust pastry shell
Quiche Lorraine- Roasted Roma tomato with onion and bacon in a short crust pastry shell

Caprese Bruschetta (V)- French loaf with basil, plum tomato, sharp parmesan & balsamic glaze
Petite cheesy cheddar muffins – Smoked ham off the bone, cheddar cheese & tomato chutney
Petite country vegetable frittata (V, GF)- Butternut pumpkin, sweet potato & sweet chilli sauce
Petite bean salad tostadas (V, GF)- Toasted corn tostada cups with fresh bean salad and lime dressing
Watermelon, feta and mint skewers (V, GF) – Fresh watermelon, mint, fetta & balsamic glaze
Beetroot hummus bites (V, GF) – Fresh beetroot & tahini hummus on cucumber rounds
